Contact An excellent way to discover Brittany and it's traditions and spend a relaxing holiday in the company of your family or friends. For either experienced anglers or beginners, my 30 years of experience of sea bass fishing are at your service. According to your level and experience, the programmes vary between learning techniques and intensive fishing. You will learn the technique for casting a buldo, or rigging the various lures or the different ways of making the lures swim like the fish they represent. You will also learn about the sea bass themselves; how to recognise good places to fish according to the weather, the condition of the sea and their habits. If you are a fresh water angler and you have a good feeling for rivers it could be an experience to try sea bass fishing where the feeling for water, currents and eddies is also very important. Come and discover all these things in southern Brittany from the Côte Sauvage at Quiberon via the Etel river to the Gavres peninsula. I hope to be able to take you on an angling trip in the near future. Daniel

With my french husband and 4 children we had been going to southern Brittany for several years and I was keen on finding an activity which kept me on or close to the sea and gave me a few hours to myself without encroaching on family time. (Sea Bass also happens to be my favourite food). I couldn't have imagined just how much I was to become 'hooked'. The scenery is fabulous (cliffs, dunes, islands, rocky outlets), the fishing excellent and for those of us who still have much to learn, the guide, Daniel, is patient, instructive and fun. For any beginner or experienced angler, I can strongly recommend a holiday in Sainte-Hélène sur mer, where you will be warmly welcomed by Daniel and his wife Evelyne. |
