Location:
The cottage is
situated at Sainte-Hélène sur mer, in an area with
many tourist attractions. It is 25 minutes from La Trinité
sur mer and 3 minutes from the Etel river. A dual carriageway takes
you to Vannes in 30 minutes and Lorient in 20 minutes. |

Finding your way to St
Hélène:
GPS N 47°43.142' O 3°12.360'
Take the dual carriageway N165, between Vannes and Lorient and
come off at the Brandérion-Nostang turn off. After going
through Nostang turn left at the signpost to 'St
Hélène'. When you get to St Hélène go
around the church keeping it on your left, and 50 metres further on
,enquire at the house with blue shutters on the right.

A beautiful stone house circa 1830, entirely renovated in 1999.
- accommodates 4 people;
- Ground floor; living room with chimney, kitchenette, washing
machine,dryer, dish washer, pantry, freezer;
- First floor; landing, two bedrooms, one double, one twin beds,
bathroom and toilet.;
- Garden; lawn and barbeque;
- Private parking 50 metres away.

cottage hire without fishing trips
- April 400 € per week
- May, June, September, October 500 € per week
- July, August 590 € per week
- November-March 350 € per week

NB:
- The sheets are not provided
- Sleeping bags are not permitted
- Animals are not accepted
- From mid-October to mid-May, a charge of 0.08 euros per kw/h will
be made for the heating.
